Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order. Typically, our production time is 2-5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. We aim to deliver your custom jewelry as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Once production is complete, shipping times will vary based on your location.

Can I customize the design of my engagement ring?

Yes! We specialize in custom-made engagement rings and offer complete customization options. You can choose from a variety of stone shapes, metal types, ring settings, and designs. During the process, we will work with you to bring your vision to life, providing CAD (computer-aided design) renderings for approval before production begins.

Do you offer resizing services?

Yes! We offer one free resizing within 30 days of receiving your ring if it doesn’t fit perfectly. After the 30-day window, resizing fees may apply. Please note that certain intricate designs may have resizing limitations, and we will provide guidance on this during your order process.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment options, including:

  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Sezzle - Buy now, pay later with interest-free payments split into four installments
  • Shop Pay - Shopify’s installment payment option for eligible purchases

Orders placed using Sezzle will be processed once the first payment is received. Full payment is required before we begin crafting your custom piece.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our custom jewelry worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and any customs processes. What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, custom-made engagement rings are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if there are any issues with your order or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a Lifetime Warranty on all VANTE Jewelry pieces. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship
  • Complimentary cleaning and polishing services for life
  • Stone tightening as needed

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage caused by improper care. If you require repairs outside of our warranty, please contact us for a repair estimate.

  • Custom Orders: We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your custom order. After this time, we will begin the production process, and cancellations may not be possible.
  • Modifications: Once production has started, modifications may incur additional fees and could delay the timeline. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
