Order Processing

At VANTE Jewelry, each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to order. Here’s what you can expect in terms of timing:

  • Processing Time: Our custom jewelry typically takes 2-4 weeks to craft, depending on the complexity of the design. Please allow additional time for shipping.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
  • Design Approval: For custom designs, we will send you a CAD rendering for final approval before production. Production will not begin until you confirm the design.

Payment Options

We strive to make purchasing as flexible as possible. Here are the payment options we accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Sezzle - Buy Now, Pay Later: Split your purchase into four interest-free payments with Sezzle. Select Sezzle at checkout for flexible, budget-friendly payments.
  • Shop Pay: Shopify’s Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase into manageable installments with eligible interest-free payment plans.

Note: Full payment is required before we begin the production of your custom order. Orders placed using Sezzle will be processed after the first payment is received.

Shipping Policy

We offer both domestic and international shipping options to get your custom piece to you safely.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days once your order has been completed and dispatched.
  • International Shipping: We ship globally! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping times vary by country and customs processing times.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • Signature Requirement: For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $500.

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to their order upon arrival in their country.

Returns and Cancellations

We want you to love your jewelry, but due to the custom nature of our pieces, we have a specific policy for returns and cancellations.

  • Custom Orders: As all of our engagement rings and custom jewelry are made-to-order, all sales are final on custom pieces. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to address any concerns.
  • Cancellations: Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the production process begins, and the order cannot be canceled.

Warranty and Care

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our moissanite and lab diamond engagement rings.

  • What’s Covered: The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This includes free lifetime polishing and stone tightening.
  • What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Loss, theft, or loss of stones is also not covered.
  • Maintenance Services: If you require a resizing, cleaning, or polishing outside of the warranty, we offer these services for a small fee. Please contact us for pricing.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend regular cleaning with warm water and mild soap. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and activities that may cause physical damage to the stones or setting.

Ring Sizing and Resizing

At VANTE Jewelry, we want your engagement ring to fit perfectly.

  • Complimentary Resizing: We offer one free resizing within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, additional resizing requests may incur a fee.
  • International Customers: If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please ensure that you provide the correct size based on international sizing charts. We are happy to assist with size conversions.

Ethical and Sustainable Sourcing

  • Moissanite: Our moissanite stones are lab-grown and offer a sustainable and affordable alternative to natural diamonds.
  • Lab Diamonds: We use lab-grown diamonds that are 100% conflict-free, ensuring ethical sourcing and environmental responsibility.
  • Metals: We use recycled gold and platinum to minimize environmental impact without compromising quality or durability.
